After graduating from Charles University´s Faculty of Law in 2003, Tomáš Pekárek. M.A., joined Felix a spol. as an articled clerk, and became an associate in 2006. Partner since February 2016.

With his experience of many years in the area of real estate and real-estate development, he has been the chief legal advisor to an U.K. property fund over the past eight years having assisted with more than two dozens of acquisitions in the Czech Republic and Slovakia.

To cover the entire range of real-estate related transactions, Tomáš Pekárek also specializes in the area of project financing, namely structuring and negotiating loan and security documents. In addition, he provides complete legal service to long-term clients of Felix a spol., particularly in the area of corporate and labor law.
