Tomáš joined Felix a spol in 2003 and has extensive experience in real estate and corporate matters.

Tomáš acted for more than fourteen years for the UK based real estate investment fund and assisted the fund in acquisitions of dozens of properties holding companies in the Czech Republic, subsequent management and leasing of the portfolio. He represented the US pension real estate fund in its acquisitions of several Czech properties or Canadian private investors in acquisition of the biggest Czech self-storage operator. Since 2010 Tomáš has been advising one of the biggest Czech commercial and residential developers, his assignment includes drafting and negotiating transaction documentation, lease documentation as well as construction contracts. Tomas, a Charles University Law School graduate, speaks Czech and English and is an avid cyclist and endurance sports enthusiast.
