Tim joined Piper Alderman having led, for over a decade, Australia's leading boutique workplace law firm.

He has more than 20 years’ experience in employment and industrial relations law. During the last two decades, Tim has represented a broad range of companies (including many of Australia’s best known employers) in a myriad of employment and industrial relations matters.  The companies with whom Tim works appreciate his practical application of relevant laws to assist them to achieve appropriate commercial outcomes.

He has particular experience advising clients on enterprise bargaining, WH&S, discrimination and senior executive matters. He is an experienced advocate and has represented employers in all relevant tribunals and courts.

Tim has acted for leading organisations in most industry sectors including food and beverage, retail, health & hospitality, pharmaceutical, logistics, resources, construction, government, finance and insurance.

He frequently presents on workplace law topics, is a regular contributor to industry and legal publications and is sought by the media for comment on workplace law issues.
