Representing U.S.-based and international clients, litigator Sarah Ganley advises clients in a variety of complex litigation matters, including commercial litigation, international arbitration and securities litigation. She loves being a litigator, crafting strategies and troubleshooting issues so that all parties maintain a good relationship while always advancing the client’s goals.

Outside of litigation, Sarah advises clients in data security and privacy matters, helping them develop, strengthen, test and enforce their information protection policies and procedures. She guides them through the ever-changing regulatory body including the EU’s General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and consults on the myriad of state regulations and how such regulations may impact the client’s business.
