Ram is a founding partner of AYR. Ram specializes in the representation of clients in complex civil-commercial litigation matters and heads the firm’s Commercial Litigation Department. Ram is also the managing partner of the firm.

Ram’s clients include some of the leading commercial companies in their fields in Israel, including communications and telecommunications, software, retail, real estate and insurance companies, public authorities, public institutions, etc. As well as representing clients in courts and in arbitration proceedings, Ram also advises on legal disputes overseas, and is himself an arbitrator. Since 2016, Ram has been Chairman of the Litigation Committee of the Israel Bar Association. Between 2012 and 2015, Ram was Chairman of the Litigation Committee of the Tel Aviv and Central District at the Israel Bar Association.

Ram serves as a military defense attorney when on reserve duty. Ram also lectures and teaches at legal seminars and forums. Between 2004 and 2009, Ram was a partner at Ron Gazit Rotenberg & Co. Ram has been a member of the Israel Bar Association since 1997.
