Pietro Minaudo has a significant 20-year career in multinational corporate groups operating in retail, food & beverage, real estate, high-tech, luxury and sports.  In particular, working in companies Pietro first held the position of Head of Europe Legal Corporate & Affairs at Autogrill S.p.A, then as General Counsel first of SAES Getters S.p.A. and then, for almost 10 years, of the Percassi Group, dealing at the forefront with numerous corporate and business acquisitions, incorporation and corporate governance of several companies in Italy and in several foreign countries, franchising and distribution agreements with leading global brands, commercial contracts, real estate, joint ventures, M&A, protection, management and transfer of trademarks and IP rights, sponsorships and merchandising.

Pietro has also been actively involved in corporate and regulatory compliance, related to both listed and private companies, advising corporate management on GDPR Regulation 679/2016, organization and management models required by the Legislative Decree 231/2001, occupational health and safety ex Legislative Decree 81/2008.

Pietro is also currently a member of Supervisory Boards of companies operating in the retail and food & beverage sectors.

During his career as General Counsel Pietro was awarded the Inhousecommunity Award, as In house Counsel of the Year in 2017, the, TopLegal Corporate Counsel Award for the Legal Direction of the Year in 2017, and again the Inhousecommunity Award as In house Counsel of the Year, in 2018.
