Extensive experience in Labor Law, advising companies with an integral vision regarding this matter. Serves as counsel to industry and services companies in the development of organization structures, remunerations and labor rules, sales forces and their commissions, as well as in different multi-employment systems (more than 1,000 employees in the payroll). Also specialized in preventive counseling regarding labor and social security contingencies, developing strategies and programs for reduction and prevention jointly with the Legal and Human Resources Divisions. Participated in the development and implementation of benefit and remunerations systems, for intermediate and senior positions, applying international policies under domestic legislation, and benefits such as call and stock options (stock options, restricted shares, among others), bonds and/or variable retribution schemes. Coordinates management and administration of labor administrative and legal claims for Companies all around the country. Developed his experience in several industries, with ample knowledge of the needs of oil, insurance, health, banking, commerce, entertainment, ART (Labor Risk Insurance), sugar and paper companies, as well as economic groups.
