Nina O'Sullivan is a Legal Director, Professional Support Lawyer in the Intellectual Property Group.
She has almost 20 years' experience of intellectual property (IP) litigation and protection and related fields, and has a particular interest in the life sciences, TMT and retail & luxury sectors. As the Group's Professional Support Lawyer, Nina provides the team and its clients with up to the minute information, guidance and training on developments in IP law and practice, and the implications for their business.
Having specialised in IP litigation at a City firm, Nina has also gained valuable experience in delivering training as a Senior Lecturer, and is currently an Independent Research Essay Adviser for LLM students at University College, London (UCL).
Nina has written extensively on IP issues in all of the main IP and industry press and worked with the Law Commission on its 2013 Report into the groundless threats regime, writing two Background Papers which formed part of the Report.
