Nikolaos is the Managing Partner of the Firm. With 37 years of experience, he is considered as one of Greece’s best-known practitioners.

He specializes in the areas of litigation/dispute resolution, projects & energy, banking, finance & capital markets, EPC projects, project financing, regulatory work, commercial transactions and real estate.

Nikolaos has built an impressive track record of successful results in energy-related disputes, acting on behalf of steel and aluminum industrials as well as natural gas downstream clients; he has also been handling both domestic as well as international arbitration cases under the ICC and the UNCITRAL Arbitration Rules including investor-state disputes, such as the recent landmark BIT dispute Mytilineos vs Serbia.

He has held, since 1997, the position of General Counsel to the Hellenic Deposit and Investment Guarantee Fund, and is included in the Athens Mediation and Arbitration Organization’s (EODID) list of arbitrators and in the exclusive panel of arbitrators of the Greek Regulatory Authority for Energy (RAE).
