Natalie is an Managing Associate in Mishcon Private, specialising in immigration law.

She has particular expertise in Tier 2 sponsor and employee-related immigration matters, including the prevention of illegal working through the conduct of audits to ensure compliance with Legal Right to Work Checks and required internal immigration processes within company HR systems.  Many of her clients are companies and skilled workers seeking entry or leave to remain in the UK for employment purposes.

Natalie also advises corporate and individual private clients on a range of immigration and nationality issues including: all categories of the Points-Based System; EEA nationals and their family members; ancestry visas; fiancée/spouse/civil partnership and unmarried partners of persons settled in the UK; Indefinite Leave to Remain in the UK; registration and naturalisation as British Citizens; and first British passport applications.
