Milan has been a member of the Belgrade Bar Association since 2003, during which period he gained extensive experience in counseling regarding daily commercial activities of domestic and international companies, as well as in the performance of M&A transactions, which includes the drafting of numerous DD reports and being in charge of closing high value acquisitions.

Milan possesses particular expertise in industry sectors such as mining, tobacco, food and beverage, transportation, gaming and gambling, renewable energy and media.

As an experienced commercial litigator with focus on intellectual property and competition law, he advises on all aspects of unfair competition, intellectual property issues, patents, trademarks, copyright and designs. Additionally, he has unique knowledge in providing legal solutions concerning administrative law and dispute resolution.

Milan obtained his LL.B. degree at the University of Belgrade, Faculty of Law.

He is fluent in English.
