Louie is an associate in the firm’s Corporate Department. He focuses his practice on mergers and acquisitions, securities law and corporate governance. His experience includes assisting public and private companies in their domestic and cross border acquisitions, private equity transactions, structured finance transactions, securities offerings, and other general corporate matters.

Prior to law school, Louie gained experience in the Middle East working at two Am Law 100 Law Firms on cross border financial and commercial projects. With this background, he naturally recognizes and looks for ways to advise international clients on U.S. law and customs in order to pinpoint relevant implications for their transactions.
