Josh is an Associate Patent Attorney in the Intellectual Property Department, with experience in the drafting and prosecution of patent applications before the UK Intellectual Property Office (UKIPO), the European Patent Office (EPO) and the World Intellectual Property Office (WIPO).

He advises clients ranging from SMEs to large multinational companies on a wide range of engineering technologies, including mechanical engineering, material sciences, and chemical engineering – in which he holds a PhD from the University of Sheffield.

Josh is a chartered UK and European patent attorney and is a registered representative before the Unified Patent Court (UPC).

As well as his work with patents, Josh has experience of advising clients on UK, European and international design rights.
