Joe’s passion for learning about inventions, clever solutions, and problem-solving techniques brings him at numerous crossroads of law and science. Joe’s previous experience as a patent examiner included performing prior art searches in a wide span of knowledge areas and collaborating with patent applicants on establishing allowable subject matter. Also, Joe’s familiarity with civil procedure, licensing, and administrative law enables him to assist entities with cultivating and protecting intellectual property.
Joe studied abroad on multiple occasions, including at Peking University in Beijing, China, where he performed research on geothermal energy. Joe’s international experiences enable him to build bridges with clients, as well as fuel his curiosity for what innovations the world has to offer.
