Jenny is an Associate in Mishcon Private.
She acts for a wide variety of clients, including high profile and high net worth individuals, companies, charities and families. Her work encompasses a broad range of contentious matters, advising on commercial litigation across disputes including civil fraud, breach of contract, breach of fiduciary duty and shareholder disputes. She also has experience of arbitration (including under the ICSID and LCIA rules), reputational matters, trust disputes, complaints against schools, charitable governance, and political litigation.
Jenny acts as a legal mentor for SPITE (Sharing and Publishing Images to Embarrass), a pro bono project run in partnership with the Legal Advice Centre at Queen Mary University, advising victims of revenge porn. She also acts as a legal mentor in the SPITE for Schools initiative, supervising law students in the delivery of bespoke workshops on the dangers of sharing intimate images to local secondary schools and sixth forms.
