Javor Varadinov is the founder and managing partner of Varadinov & Co.

He is a graduate of Sofia University and has been a member of the Sofia Bar Association since 1990.

He acts for a wide range of clients, including international banks, holdings, airline companies and Bulgarian companies with international operations such as Lottomatica International Spa, American Investors Inc, Radisson SAS, Austrian Airlines, Alitalia, CSA, Bulgarian Land Development plc.

He has been advising the legal aspects of one of the most significant concession project in Bulgaria regarding the concession of a motorway and has taken part in the providing of the needed investments for the realization of the project having negotiated with major financial institutions such as CSFB.
