In the tax context, Isaac has acted for and advised, amongst others, Her Majesty’s Government of Gibraltar (‘HMGoG’), in respect of amendments to, and transposition of, tax legislation. He advised HMGoG in respect of its programme of work on the international exchange of tax information and double tax treaties. From 2005-2009, Isaac headed a Research Institute in Talmudic Law in Jerusalem and was also ordained as a rabbi by a prominent Rabbinical Court in Israel.
Isaac is an active member of the local community in Gibraltar and lectures on Gibraltar tax law at the University of Gibraltar since its establishment in 2015. He is also presently serving on the Managing Board of the Jewish Community Gibraltar.
