Ignacio’s professional practice focuses on M&A, Commercial, Corporate, Real Estate and Intellectual and Industrial Property Law.

He regularly advises companies located both in Spain and abroad on Venture Capital transactions/private equity, start-ups, investment and divestment transactions, inter alia, as well as general legal assessment in contractual and corporate matters. He is also involved in national and international Due Diligence procedures.

Before joining the firm in October 2021, he worked for national and international firms such as Cazorla Abogados and Bird & Bird.
