His cases have involved amounts in controversy ranging up to $1.2 Billion.  He has represented clients in multi-million dollars disputes in state and federal courts and arbitrations in dozens of counties across Texas (both urban and rural) as well as litigation in Arkansas, Oklahoma, Louisiana, Florida, Kentucky, Mississippi, and Alabama.  He has represented clients in the following industries:  private equity, real estate, oilfield/energy services, financial institutions, agriculture, telecommunications, technology, professional sports leagues, media companies, outdoor advertising, and health care.
