Görkem Bilgin has been with the firm since 2012 and became a partner in 2021. His practice focuses on corporate law, particularly M&A and transactional work. He has extensive experience in mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures and corporate governance. Görkem has led due diligence processes and drafted and negotiated SPAs, SHAs and JV agreements for both foreign and Turkish clients. Görkem also advises multinational pharmaceutical and medical device companies on complex agreements. He provides advisory services on Turkish energy and natural resources legislation and assists insurance companies with regulatory issues and policy localisation in Turkey. His expertise spans domestic and international transactions, particularly in M&A and corporate matters.
