Fouad is the firm’s Managing Partner. He is a Lebanese-qualified lawyer with more than twenty-five years of experience practicing in Middle Eastern jurisdictions and in-depth knowledge of Qatari law and the Qatari regulatory landscape.

In January 2019, Fouad was prestigiously appointed as the legal counsel of the Swiss Embassy in Qatar, a true testament to the credibility he holds within the field of law.

Fouad sits on the Executive Committee of the Swiss Business Council Qatar and on the board of directors of the Association of European Attorneys and was appointed as Vice President for Asia, representing QATAR.
