Claudia brings an international background to her practice with experience in counseling clients to navigate the legal and regulatory environment doing business in the United States and abroad. She has experience helping companies expand their business in the United States, including by forming subsidiaries and joint ventures. 

Claudia represents financial institutions acting as corporate trustees and agents in connection with a wide variety of capital markets transactions and situations, and represents financial institutions and private companies in a broad range of domestic and cross-border complex transactions, including mergers and acquisitions, equity securities and secured and unsecured loan financings.
