Claire Green is a Partner and co-leads our Technology Transactions Group in the Innovation department. She is a technology lawyer specialising in non-contentious technology matters.

Claire has a particular specialism in working within the FinTech sector and negotiating deals for clients who are providing FinTech solutions into Financial Institutions. Claire works with a full range of clients from start ups through to multiple national corporations.

Claire has vast experience of working for clients, both in the UK and around the world, undertaking international deals working across multiple jurisdictions and regularly being the lawyer of choice to lead all global negotiations for those clients.

Claire co-manages the Mishcon GC service which matches the on-tap delivery that an in-house legal team provides in order to provide an agile legal solution for clients.
