Chu Ai Li became a Partner at the Firm in 2004 and co-heads the Construction Dispute Resolution Practice. Specializing in construction law, Ai Li is adept at handling arbitration, adjudication and litigation matters. She is empanelled as arbitrator and adjudicator by the Asian International Arbitration Centre (AIAC).

Her expertise includes drafting construction contracts, and she has contributed, through the Malaysian International Chamber of Commerce, to the review of ICC Turnkey Model Contract for Major Projects in 2018.

Ai Li advises and represents a wide range of clients in the construction industry, including developers, contractors, sub-contractors, employers, consultants, and professional bodies.
