Christina Ioannidou is a Director and one of the founding partners of the firm since its setup in 2007.

She heads the firm's corporate department and has extensive experience in Banking and Finance, Commercial Law, Corporate Law, Litigation, Mergers and Acquisitions, Restructuring and Insolvency, Stock Exchange Listings and Public Offerings.
