Chris practises in the area of employment, workplace relations, and safety. He has been recognised by his peers as one of the Best Lawyers in Australia (2016, 2017) in the area of Labour and Employment law and in Doyle’s Guide to the Australian Legal Profession: Employment Law 2010, 2012 and 2013 (leading lawyer) and 2015, 2016 and 2017 (recommended lawyer).
He has extensive experience in the Victorian and Federal industrial relations and discrimination tribunals. Chris advises and represents employers on issues involving unjust dismissal claims, anti-discrimination claims, enterprise bargaining, industrial disputes, employment disputes and drafting of employment contracts.
Chris also advises and defends corporate clients in respect of investigations and prosecutions by government regulators.
