Chenyi is a corporate associate with extensive experience in both the U.S. and China. Chenyi routinely represents U.S. and international clients in diverse M&A transactions and capital market matters, including IPOs in the U.S., shelf offerings, takedowns, and private placement.  She also counsels private and public companies on matters including entity formation, regulatory compliance, corporate governance, and commercial contracts.  Chenyi has experience drafting prospectuses, SEC filings, purchase agreements, due diligence reports, and legal memorandums.

Before joining the firm, Chenyi worked at the Shanghai office of a U.S. law firm, specializing in cross-border M&A transactions, private equity financings, foreign direct investments into China, IPOs in Hong Kong and the U.S., and general corporate matters. Chenyi is a native Mandarin speaker.
