Charalampos specialises in capital markets, mergers and acquisitions, banking and finance, civil and commercial litigation and corporate law.

He is has advised and represented reputable EU based car manufacturers (VW AG, AUDI AG, SEAT SA) in relation to the diesel engines’ emission matter and monitors all aspects of this case (of civil, administrative and criminal nature) as it unfolds in Greece.

As of 2014 he also serves as Assistant Counsel to the Hellenic Deposit and Investment Guarantee Fund (TEKE), whereby he has been involved in tender offers for the acquisition, squeeze-out and delisting of Greek listed companies and participated in the real estate privatization process conducted by the Fund.
