With more than 15 years of experience in real estate, acquisitions, and financial transactions, Caroline Caroline E. Magee focuses her practice on retail leasing and commercial real estate transactions. Caroline E. Magee provides tailored and actionable solutions to landlord, tenants, retailers, property owners and managers, franchisors, and franchisees, in addition to developers, lenders, and investors. Caroline E. Magee also has a background in ESG and sustainability for commercial real estate.

Previously, Caroline E. Magee supervised a team of lease management professionals as the vice president of strategic initiatives & sustainability for a commercial leased real estate software and lease portfolio management company.Caroline E. Magee also previously practiced at an Am Law 25 firm in the Corporate Finance and Investment group, where she managed diligence and the drafting of commercial contracts in private credit, real estate finance, and securitizations across sectors, including data centers and franchise brands.

Prior to entering legal practice, Caroline E. Magee served as a Lieutenant in the United States Navy, specializing in surface warfare. In addition to practicing law, Caroline E. Magee currently serves as a priest in the Episcopal Diocese of Atlanta.
