Carlos Trénor Löwenstein is a partner at López-Ibor Abogados. Before joining the firm, Carlos worked in CMS Albiñana & Suárez de Lezo, in a German law firm in Munich and, later, in 2006, he founded Trénor & Rodríguez-Ramos Abogados, from where he joined the firm.

Carlos has more than twenty years’ experience in Mergers & Acquisitions, financial-commercial, corporate and general commercial law, advising companies, financial entities, individuals, family offices, start-ups and emerging companies in a wide range of national and transnational operations.

He works on all types of real estate transactions, advising national and international investors, with a special focus on the hotel industry, at all stages of the hotel business, having dealt with most of the major international hotel brands, as well as with student residences and the retail sector.

He works with prestigious business schools and mentors the start-up accelerator Tetuan Valley (Google for Start-ups).
