Bernard O'Connor deals mainly with administrative law, public community, with particular interest in trade, competition, state aid and litigation. It also offers advice in some operations related to intellectual property law. 

He assists national and international clients in the fields of European law, international trade law and WTO Law - World Trade Organization, with a particular focus on the agri-food sector.

Bernard has extensive experience in litigation both at the European Courts of Luxembourg and in the management of disputes at the WTO in Geneva.

He is a lecturer at the University of Milan, University of Bern, University of Barcelona and University of Madrid Carlos III and author of numerous books on EU and WTO issues.
