Ashley is a Director with over 25 years’ experience advising on a broad range of contentious and non-contentious commercial, regulatory, real estate and private client work.

Since joining the firm in 1997 Ashley has developed a diverse client base including government departments, banks and financial institutions, multi-jurisdictional corporate clients across various sectors and local private clients.

In addition to her transaction focused corporate commercial practice, Ashley has considerable experience in advising on Manx companies, voluntary liquidations and restructuring together with novel emerging regulated sectors including medicinal cannabis. Ashley is also a Commissioner for Oaths and Notary Public.
