Alison Darènes specializes in labour and employment law, in relation to both individual and collective matters, in an advisory capacity as well as in litigation.

She graduated  from the University Paris I – Panthéon – Sorbonne (Master I Labour Law, Master II Labour Law).

She was admitted to the Paris Bar in 2018.

Before joining Bersay in 2018, Alison Darènes did several internships in labour law notably within STC Partners Andersen Tax & Legal.
