Alessandro joined the firm in 2001 and became a partner in 2008. He was managing partner from 2021 to 2023 and jointly with Giulia Comparini from 2014 to 2017.

Alessandro advises companies in the fashion, retail, and food service industries on corporate, commercial, and real estate law.

He also offers specific support for foreign clients looking to expand in Italy, assisting them with Italian legal vehicles, structuring business networks, drafting contracts for corporate transactions, and advice on certain compliance matters.

For Italian clients, Alessandro handles various matters in domestic and international commercial law, as well as the structure of foreign distributions.

With regard to the real estate sector, he assists real estate owners with development operations and provides support in managing and leasing real estate.

Alessandro is a speaker at meetings on topics related to real estate law.

He has been recognized as a “leading individual” in the Real Estate sector by the Who’s Who Legal publication.

He edited and co-authored “Professione: Avvocato”, published by Giuffrè on the legal profession.
