Alejandro Andrés Sosa Röhl, graduate in law, specialises in new technology and commercial law. Upon graduation from Andrés Bello Catholic University (Caracas, Venezuela) and after working in the Tax Department at D’Empaire (Venezuela), he decided to uproot his professional career and move to Spain.
Alejandro provides assessment to companies, located both in Spain and abroad, engaged in the exchange business of cryptocurrencies with a view to them being able to carry out their activities freely in Spain. He is well acquainted with matters of compliance, alongside progress in regulatory aspects related to this new sector of the economy. He has been involved in the listing of numerous cryptocurrency exchanges in the new registry at the Bank of Spain. Likewise, he has been involved in the assessment of numerous Fintech companies who back entrepreneurship in Spain.
He also advises foreign firms in diverse corporate acts and structural modifications, multinational mergers, corporate transformations, capital increases and reductions, changes to directors, approval and submission of annual accounts, execution of powers of attorney, etc.
