At SÉRVULO since 2015, he is a partner in the European and Competition department. 
Completed the LL.M – Master of Laws in European and competition law from University College London (UCL), in 2009. Postgraduate in competition law from King's College (University of London), in 2006. Degree in Law from the Faculty of Law at the Catholic University of Porto, in 2004. 
He was deputy to the Secretary of State for the Treasury, of the XIX Constitutional Government, between 2013 and 2015. He practiced law as an associate lawyer at the firm «SRS – Advogados & Associados», between 2011 and 2013, and at the firm «Nobre Guedes, Mota Soares & Associados», in 2010. 
He was a lawyer and intern at the law firm «Morais Leitão, Galvão Teles & Associados», between 2004 and 2010. Registered with the Bar Association, since 2006. 
Author of several articles and publications in their areas of expertise.
