Mgr. Adam Felix, LL.M., received his Masters from the Charles University´s Law School in Prague, where, during his studies, he also held the position of vice-president of the Academic Senate. He gained experience through internships at various courts, the public prosecutor’s office, and in law firms abroad (New York City, Washington D.C., Paris). After finishing his studies, he worked as an articled clerk at a leading Prague law firm. He completed his bar examinations in 2016.
Currently, he serves as an external doctoral student at the Department of Criminal Law at Charles University in Prague, with an emphasis on the criminal liability of legal persons. In the years 2016-2017, he gained experience as part of his post-graduate work at Cornell University (Cornell Tech in New York and Israel) earning the LL.M. degree.
Since August 2017, he is an attorney at Felix a spol., specializing in ICT law, cybersecurity, privacy protection, cryptocurrencies, commercial law, criminal law, and conflict resolution.
