Attorney Spencer C. Diebel has joined Bell Nunnally as partner and member of its Real Estate practice.
With more than a decade of experience, Diebel focuses on helping clients navigate the complexities of financing, leasing, acquisition, disposition and development. Working in industries including real estate, financial services and hospitality, he frequently handles 1031 exchange transactions and works closely with local government representatives to help ensure real estate development projects move forward seamlessly.

Exemplary of his work, Diebel has represented: a publicly traded REIT in several build-to-suit projects that were landlord financed; a regional developer in obtaining construction financing for several mixed-use projects in high growth areas; a datacenter developer in several development projects, including negotiating the construction financing for datacenters in multiple states; and a multifamily developer in negotiating their acquisition loans.
