Karen Fairbairn joins Piper Alderman in the Sydney office, as a partner in the national financial services and fintech team. Karen has 30 years’ experience in the financial services sector, including expertise in domestic and international finance transactions; regulation; restructuring, workouts and distressed debt transactions; corporate governance and company secretariat matters; commercial agreements and specialist services in connection with the Personal Property Securities Act.
Her career has included senior roles in Australia with global law firms and an in-house role with Westpac, bringing a wealth of knowledge to the Piper Alderman team.
