The annual rankings highlight expertise across the firm’s key areas of service which include Corporate and M&A, Data Protection, Dispute Resolution (in both litigation and class actions), Energy (transactions and regulatory), Fintech and Financial services regulatory, Infrastructure Projects and Construction, Intellectual Property, Labour and Employment, Natural Resources (transactions and regulatory), Real Estate and Restructuring and Insolvency.
Of particular note, the firm moved up to Tier 3 for Energy (transactions and regulatory). Piper Alderman was also recognised as a ‘Firm to Watch’ for Environment and Planning.
Individual recognition is given to partners, Josh Steele for Energy (transactions and regulatory) and Kathryn Walker for Infrastructure Projects and Construction, both named as a ‘Next Generation Partner’.
Newly appointed partner, Kate Sambrook has been named as a ‘Rising Star’ for Dispute Resolution: class actions.
Many lawyers have also been recognised for the first time in the rankings across multiple practice areas.
