Geoscan, based in Perth, has a presence in Australia, Latin America, North America, Europe, and Africa. Its main offerings are Corescan and Coreshed. Corescan is a leader in hyperspectral scanning, core photography and 3D laser profiling of drill core, rock chips and other geological samples with the associated processing and interpretation.

The team advised Epiroc on all aspects of the transaction, including preliminary negotiations, due diligence, drafting and negotiating the transaction documents, and addressing various cross-border elements of the deal.
