Piper Alderman advises Normet Group Oy on acquisition of Garock

Normet is a Finland-headquartered, global innovative technology company offering continuous improvements to underground construction and mining processes with a focus on increased safety, productivity and profitability.  Normet employs over 1,600 professionals and operates globally in over 50 locations and 30 countries.  As part of this acquisition, Normet has strengthened its portfolio in respect of dynamic ground support products and its capability for underground mining and construction infrastructure projects.
