“We are having a fantastic year with revenues up seven to nine percent year-over-year,” commented Trowbridge. “We did not want to wait until the end of the year to reward our associates for their great work.”
Bell Nunnally’s mid-year associate bonuses range from $10,000 to $25,000.
“We are in a highly competitive market for associates and these bonuses are showing our associates that they are valued and serve as a mechanism for retention,” added Trowbridge.
