Bell Nunnally Partner Heath Cheek and Associate J. Reid Burley are featured on The Texas Lawbook as part of its “Litigation Roundup.”
The “Litigation Roundup” featured Cheek and Burley’s initial filing on August 14 in the newly filed Dallas County Civil District Court matter Stonehenge Capital Fund Texas II, LP, Salisbury Partners, LLC, and Reid Hyde v. Max Farley and Taylor Gregg, where Bell Nunnally represents the plaintiffs.
As Lawbook details, “Max Farley and Taylor Gregg, who formerly served as chief executive officer and chief financial officer, respectively, for Titus Group Inc. have been accused of committing ‘textbook examples of securities fraud, common law fraud, theft and breaches of fiduciary duties’ in a new lawsuit alleging they caused the company to fail.”
