Bell Nunnally is featured in Texas Lawyer’s 2023 “Watch List” special supplement, in the category of “Notable Clients/Verdicts.” The feature notes that the goal of this publication is to highlight law firms in Texas that should be on everybody’s radar.
Bell Nunnally’s Chambers-ranked Corporate and Securities practice was nominated for the “Watch List” on the strength of its recent transactions, including a string of acquisitions for a global tax services and software provider; negotiation of long-term leases for Blue Cross and Blue Shield of Texas and Texas Capital Bank; and representing one of Texas’ fastest-growing breweries, Rollertown Beerworks, in a deal bringing production and retail to Downtown Frisco. Rollertown and Texas Capital Bank were among the Dallas Business Journal’s 2022 “Best Real Estate Deals” finalists.
Also included in the submission was the 2021 engagement where Bell Nunnally represented Dallas-based ISN, a third-party contractor and supply management software provider, in a minority financing transaction with private equity firm Blackstone Group. The deal valued ISN at more than $2B and birthed yet another Texas unicorn.
