Bell Nunnally partners Dania Duncan Moreno, Kassandra G. McLaughlin and Senior Counsel Ty Johnson represented Dallas-based financial services firm Texas Capital Bank in a lease renewal and expansion at 2000 McKinney Ave. in the Uptown section of Dallas, negotiating with building landlord Union Investment Real Estate GmbH. The new space expands the subsidiary of parent company Texas Capital Bancshare Inc.’s space by 30%, roughly 200,000-square-feet. With the increased footprint, Texas Capital Bank is also becoming the name tenant for the building, soon to be known as the “Texas Capital Center.”
“We are an employer of choice that invests in our teams and workspaces to accommodate our continued growth, while fostering a new sense of workplace pride,” said Catherine Zalatoris, Texas Capital’s executive vice president and head of corporate real estate in a CoStar News article on the lease renewal and expansion.
