Given the international and innovative nature of FinTech dynamics, the Legalink FinTech Forum is constantly seeking to stay at the forefront of the experienced legal advice and to address the new challenges posed by this phenomena either at regulatory, transactional, compliance and litigation levels. The Forum gathers a group of experts in financial services, litigation, tax, privacy, anti-money laundering and cybersecurity.

The Forum’s mission is foster the articulation of legal capabilities worldwide and to be engaged in the preparation of legal publications, organization of seminars and sharing of information related to the plethora of topics associated to FinTech – namely crypto-assets, digital payments, crowdfunding, online financial services and trading platforms, smart contracts, robo-trading and robo-advice.
