Women's Initiative

AGG’s Women’s Initiative works hand-in-hand with the Diversity Committee. Its mission is to support and advance the professional development of women attorneys at AGG by achieving the following goals:

• To promote the retention and advancement of women attorneys by enhancing client development skills and helping women attorneys develop and/or expand their client base;
• To encourage women attorneys to seek leadership positions within the firm by exposing them to opportunities to develop firm leadership skills;
• To encourage women attorneys to contribute to and benefit from the economic viability of the firm;
• To enable women attorneys to become successful and contributing members of the firm while attaining a satisfactory balance between their legal careers and their personal aspirations;
• To celebrate the accomplishments of our women attorneys.
