CSR is extremely important to us and we raise thousands of pounds a year to charities close to our heart.
We are proud to have a thriving Corporate Social Responsibility programme and our people are actively encouraged to participate in CSR initiatives.

Charity partnership
We are proud to have a thriving CSR programme. Each office votes for and supports a charity partner which are listed as official charities below.
Young and disadvantaged people
Staff from each of our offices regularly visit both primary and secondary schools in some of the most disadvantaged areas, whether to undertake the right to read initiative (assisting primary school children with basic reading skills) or hold mock careers interviews and CV assistance.
Volunteering
To facilitate staff engagement in CSR initiatives, we have a policy of offering two days of paid CSR leave per year per person. This has encouraged our staff to support a number of charities in addition to those supported by the firm.
Office fundraising
Each of our offices has an extensive programme of activity throughout the year. This is not just limited to their official charity partner, but also a number of National events too.
These events in our offices alone raised a total of £32,009 in the 2018/19 financial year for a number of charities. In the 2017/18 financial year, we raised £22,780.
Employee funding
Each of our offices has a dedicated pot of money where staff can apply for funding to support their own charitable activities.
In the 2018/19 financial year, we are extremely proud to have given £18,351 in funding, from which our people then went on to raise £97,084! In 2017/18 we gave £15,272 in funding, which then went on to raise £77,204.
Company JustGiving page
We have a company JustGiving account so we can show what our employees are up to! If an employee sets up a JustGiving account for their fundraising they are able to link it to our company JustGiving page. We set this up in April 2018 and as you can see, our people have been busy!
