Legalink is an international legal Network of 68 independent business oriented law firms with members from the majority of the world’s main commercial centres.
The Network is Chambers ranked and now composed of more than 3500 legal professionals.

Legalink operates internationally but personally delivering top quality multi-jurisdictional legal services. The world economy is becoming increasingly globalised, to succeed, businesses require access to the best legal services worldwide

Our members are experienced in advising on the laws, regulations and practices of their home jurisdictions. Accustomed to working with national and global clients, they are able to provide a full-range of commercial legal services. Their familiarity with multi-jurisdictional projects and matters allows them to add value to clients’ transactions cost effectively.

Many of the lawyers in our Network have trained and worked in countries other than their own and are therefore capable of providing legal services in fluent English and other languages.

Many of Legalink’s member firms are highly recommended by recognized international law directories such as Chambers and Partners Global, Law Business Research, Latin Lawyer, Legal 500, IFLR 1000 and Asian Legal Business amongst others. In order to become a member, firms have to demonstrate that they meet the highest standards of ethics and quality service, and that their membership will represent an added value to the Network.

All members of Legalink are independent. Legalink itself is neither licensed nor authorized to render legal services. Each individual member, and not Legalink, is solely responsible for the advice provided to clients.

Governance

Legalink is an Association organized under Swiss Law. It is not a partnership or a legal entity established on a contractual basis. The governing bodies of Legalink are the General Meeting of the Members and the Committee
